Switchboard Issues


Since the last VitalPBX update, the switchboard has been taking some time to load the logged-in queue agents.

I monitored the WS messages and confirmed that it’s loading the logged-in agents after a queue_member message, but this message is only sent after a while


Bump. Any update on this?

We are having this issue on 3 systems

It doesn’t load the members →
