Suddenly, I can not call french numbers

Recently I got word that a certain speed dial could not be called.
Yesterday I tried and it was working (did nothing to fix this)

Today I was told the number wasn’t working again.
Upon investigation I found out that all call to France (calls beginning with 0033xxxxxx) do not work anymore.
I can call to Poland, Great Brittain, Germany and other countries without a problem, only French numbers won’t work.
Calling the French number from my mobile works!
When calling via VitalPBX, I get the following spoken message: “I am sorry. No route exists to the dialed destination.”
Officially I am dialing from a CM.com trunk, but I also tried calling with a trunk from CheapConnect.nl.

Does anyone has an idea what this might be ?

That means your outbound routes don’t match the number format you are dialing!

With outbound routes do you mean routes from my voip provider ?
Or do you mean the Outbound Routes from VitalPBX ?

If the latter, are you talking about the “Dial Pattern” somehow not matching ?
If so, could you provide me a good “Dial Pattern” for 00337000001586911 ?

I meant the PBX Outbound Routes!

About your question, let me answer with another question:

What are your current Outbound Routes’ definition?

Do you have multiple outbound routes?

They are “toast”.

Sorry, couldn’t resist.

Ola Miguel, I use this pattern for all my outbound routes. This works for me when calling local calls, inter local calls and international calls.
It has been some years ago, I figured this out once and I believe it’s ok, but if you see an error please let me know

It looks like the problem not being able to call to French phonenumbers was an issue at my provider.
When I created a ticket at my provider, they replied they had the same problem and were gonna investigigate this problem.
The next day I was able to make cals to France again.
That’s probably why my Grandstream phone was giving a 403 (or 404??) error when calling to France. My provider was somehow blocking these calls.

Thanks for the update!
