I would like that you add the source call in call history.
I’m in some queue’s and when not answer the call I don’t know if the call had come from one queue or directly to me. The call history just show the number that make a call and not show the source.
Unfortunately, it can only be obtained through the queue logs table, at the moment only Sonata Stats gets information from this table. The VitXi shows the call history through the CDR.
