Source call in call history

Hi,

I would like that you add the source call in call history.

I’m in some queue’s and when not answer the call I don’t know if the call had come from one queue or directly to me. The call history just show the number that make a call and not show the source.

Could you please add the source Queue in the history call ?

Hello Sir,

Unfortunately, it can only be obtained through the queue logs table, at the moment only Sonata Stats gets information from this table. The VitXi shows the call history through the CDR.

We will add this request to our list to be evaluated for future updates.
