I am struggling to get outbound calls working, however, I keep receiving the message “Sorry, you have dialed the wrong number. Please check the number and dial again”.
Here is my outbound route

Can someone help? I have struggled to dial numbers in different formats to no avail.

What’s the numbering format expected by the VoIP provider?

For generic patterns use something like “X.”

Additionally, a log from the Asterisk CLI might help to find what the issue is.

Thanks for your reply. It was helpful.

I found out that Zadarma, my SIP trunk provider was adding +43 to any number I dialed, thereby making the number to be wrong.
