I have setup the Sonata Switchboard for my agents but i am having issues with the agents being able to pause and un pause other agents, they should only be able to do this for themselves and not others in the group.
i have set the agent role privileges in the queues actions to only pause and un pause. what am i missing that should restrict this to only the agent themselves and not to all agents in the queue.
