Sonata Switchboard and Stats

When watching queue stat on the switchboard we show calls waiting in queue. Looking at the agent status it shows multiple agents who are not on calls. When you check on the agent, they are actually on inbound queue calls currently. This seems to be throwing off the stats in regards to missed calls by the agents. It appears that it could be an issue with the hints. I’ve checked to make sure that all call waiting is disabled.
