Sonata suite recordings - Database error in certain menu options


I have 5 tenants im my vitalpbx (main + 4).
In sonata suite recordings, I get a database error (it happens just in two of the tenants).
That error appears while choosing menu options (in many of them). For example, menu->settings->users or menu->reports->filters.
It makes impossible to access any recordings.

The error is:

Does your user have a team allowed?

I’m using admin.
Sorry… I watched today a little bit of the youtube movie about sonata suite recordings and, after doing things by correct order, the error didn’t came out again.
Maybe the interface should be more user friendly.
