Sonata Stats only shows reports of the calls that occurred in the queues. In VitalPBX, you can use the CDR report, but it is a basic report.
In case if the extension is not part of a queue, is possible to get the same info for those extensions ?
If not, is there other add-on that we could add ?
The cliente wants to get information for all extension
