Sonata Stats multiple entry in report

we are seeing multiple entry in the reports for an unanswered call so in some cases it is showing the same unaswered call 3 times in the report but the calls is the same time and the same destination.

You might get duplicated entries when using the “Ring All” strategy. Are you using that strategy for your queues?

No i have this setup to use the round robin memory strategy for the queues.
