Sonata Stats doesn't export the Excel file in some reports

Hi, I have a VitalPBX R4.5.1.1 system with Sonata Stats R4.0.5.4 on this platform, which has 17 agents. There are some reports that cannot be generated in Excel. That is, we can generate the report and view the data in the Sonata GUI. I can export the data in .csv file format, but when I try to export the data in Excel XLSX or PDF format, I get an error message and no file is displayed or retrieved. We have already reinstalled the Sonata Stats add-on, but there is no change or improvement.
How can we resolve this issue?

I just upgrade VitalPBX from R4.5.1.1 to R4.5.1.3 and it works fine now.
