Can we use sonata dailer for inbound queues ?

Hello Sir,

Currently Sonata Dialer is for outbound call campaigns only.

You can use Regular queues on VitalPBX for inbound traffic. Dialers are intended for outbound campaigns only.

My inquiry to use sonata dailer forms and script viewing for inbound also

We have no plans to support inbound campaigns in the Dialer.

For Inbound Calls, you can use Queues and the Sonta Stats!
