Sonata Dialer Agent Permission/Login Issues on VitalPBX 4.5.0-4

  1. Agent Unable to Login or Access Assigned Campaigns

After creating a user with the Agent role, the user is unable to log in successfully and encounters errors when trying to access assigned campaigns. Despite proper configuration, the system does not allow the agent to perform their intended functions.

  1. Agent Role Missing in Role Management Form

While creating a user, the Agent role is visible and selectable in the user creation form. However, when navigating to the Role Management section, the Agent role does not appear in the list of available roles.

Key Questions:

  1. Is the Agent role’s absence from the Role Management section default behavior, or is it a bug?
  2. If it is intentional, how can we verify or modify the permissions assigned to the Agent role?
