On the Sonata Dialer agent page, there is a text “To proceed to the next contact, please ensure to save the form.”
Some of the needs of prospective customers are, every time the agent makes a call, the call result will be saved.
Example:
If the customer has phone number 1, phone number 2, phone number 3, then if the agent calls phone number 1, the agent must input the call result, etc.
My suggestion is: There are 2 buttons, save and save & next (next customer).
I made a call to number 6281287001 and it went to voicemail. I want to save the call result. when I make a call to number 6281287001when I save it, I can no longer select other numbers 6281287002 and 6281287003, because the “Make Call” button is gone.
The needs of my prospective customers are:
When I call number 6281287001 and goto voicemail, I can save the call result.
When I call again to number 6281287002 and user busy, I can save the call result. When I call again to 6281287003, I can save the call result, the point is that no matter how many times I make a call, the call result will be as many as the number of calls I make. This agent input will be checked by the supervisor/Team Leader to ensure that the agent correctly makes calls to all contact numbers of each customer.
Therefore, I ask for 2 buttons
Save - to save the call result
Save & Next (Goto Next Account)
