When i try to import the attached file it says (see image also attached)
carrier_rates.csv (1.8 MB)
It doesn’t import all the records in the csv, but doesn’t give an error.
After checking i only find a part of the rates, but not all are imported…
Do you guys know why this is happening?
I’m also having trouble importing csv call rates.
I’ve tried to upload csv rate cards to carrier & customer rates but it keeps failing with “inconceivable unexpected server response”. I can upload smaller files but not the large (complete) rate cards that I get from our providers. Is there a limit of number of entries per import?

In the meantime, you should try creating multiple files grouped by country.

Importing thousands of rates for more than hundred country’s…
Maybe also an idea tot import and export in .xlsx of xls format?
Check that those rates are not exisitng somewhere else in the system.
I had that today with customer rates.
Still no solution and no reaction after one year….
This is not good for customer satisfaction.
Please give us a decent update and solution.
