The licensing link for SMS addon doesn’t seem to go to the SMS addon license information. It is the case that only a carrier plus level can utilize SMS? I really need to be able to provide this basic functionality. Does it come with the IP phone licenses?

It woud be great if they allowed a one or two sms users for free. Or offered 10 sms users for a smaller monthly fee.
