SIP Trunking - Device Configuration

Im not

Each tenant will have a dedicated trunk

But i still dont get the issue here. The routing is there but still the call doesn’t come in

Better you use different providers for every single tenant, otherwise, calls will start mixing. I strongly recommend you defining the trunks at the admin level.

Ok. i will put the trunk back where is was and try again

Hi Again

I managed to have incoming to the tenant.

Tenant 1:
DID Pattern: 13202000922

Tenant 2:
DID Pattern: 13202001710

tenant 2 has incoming but tenant 1 doesnt (no route exists message)

trunks are configured under tenants level and not under admin

You can always check your Asterisk CLI to see what the PBX is receiving. Make sure you defined the right DID pattern in the inbound routes. Additionally, check that the pattern isn’t defined in the list of DIDs of other tenants.

Hi

i have 2 Tenants, 1 trunk for each tenant, and 1 DID for each tenant.

When i set my inbound route for each tenant with ANY DID/ANY CID then all calls go to tenant 1 (calling either number)

When i replace with NUMBER/ANY CID then tenant 1 receives calls made to his DID but calling Tenant 2 i get the “no route exists error”

I have checked and checked everything…Shall i open a support ticket??

CLI.txt (5.5 KB)

Do the inbound routes of tenant “Hard Anodize” have the number “3202000922” defined?
