I really like the functionality of VitalPBX but for an end user and even myself it takes a lot to configure some basic things. For example when creating an IVR why can’t I create audio from text in the IVR. I’ll typically start creating an IVR, realize I don’t have all the destinations or settings I need to be able to save it. I’ll have to use dummy entries first, go create what I need in other modules, then go back to the IVR.
The biggest one for me is audio recording management. I’d expect to be able to type in text or select a recording anywhere an audio recording is able to be selected.
I know this would be a big undertaking with a lot to think about so as a compromize how about links in the relevant sections.
For example under device put a link to provisiong add a device page and open that module in a new tab.
