Hey guys, wondering if anyone can comment or point me in the right direction for this.
I have a niche scenario where we want to try and use a ChatGPT assistant bot to analyze calls and give simple feedback. like how long was there silence or did the call sound good from a customer service aspect etc.
My initial thought was a script for every call it makes a post request to chatgpt API for the pre created assistant. Then for every call it generates its analysis and sends it as an email report or even maybe a json format response to an endpoint to collate the responses.
Just wondering if anyone had some ideas!

So actually, the already built in call transcription and send call analysis to email via the CDR reports is nearly perfect for my use case. If it was possible to just that script after every recorded call, that would be huge for me.
Any advice on where that script might be at to take advantage of and modify?

FYI - This feature is now partially included in VitalPBX.
Could you elaborate on what that might be? is it the CDR transcription script? Wondering where that script might be and I could probably adapt it to what I need.
