we tried to search for an IP address in the “Firewall Access Control” on Vitalpbx 4 and find the IP is not exist and wen we search with browser we find the IP address exists in the “BLACKLIST IP ADDRESSES” tab and found that the search is working only for Jail field only or the description on the “Whitelist IP address” tab that appears as folllow:
