screen illuminates every 20 minutes - Yealink T41P

Hi, as the subject says, one of my phones (Yealink T41P) illuminates about every 20 minutes.

There is no message or any indication on screen of what is causing it. I have switched from another PBX system (3cx) which I used the same phone, but it did not do this, so I suspect it must be to do with the provisioning? It is driving me mad, does anyone have any suggestions how to track the issue, or what the issue is?

Howdy,

This is probably a power or a NOTIFY issue. Can you check what NOTIFYs are being sent? You should be able to see that in the Yealink log.

The phones does not appear to have any logs?
