Salesforce CRM softphone not pop up in a paid subscription

Hi,
We have a paid VitalPBX subscription, which includes all modules. But despite the fact that we have successfully connected “Callback URL” in the Salesforce CRM integration module, the softphone is not pop up in the Salesforce CRM.
An extension number was assigned to user, and all user synchronized in the Salesforce CRM integration module.
After I made a test incoming call, the contact was automatically created in CRM, so some part of the integration is working.
What do we need to do to have softphone pop up in salesforce CRM? Please advice.

The only softphone integrated with this is the “VitXi WebRTC

If you are using a third-party softphone pop-ups won’t magically work!

The CRM integration allows you to maintain a call log with call recordings (currently only for Zoho CRM) in your CRM, but it does not state that it will automatically generate pop-ups for any softphone.

Additional, if there is a detailed instruction guide, please share the link.
