Ring Groups Not Ringing to Included Extension

Customer has 6 auto prov’ed Yealink phones which are in 3 different Ring Groups. Worked fine for the first few days, then one handset all of a sudden would only ring on 1 of the 3 RGs but it was still in all the RGs but it stopped ringing with the phones.

We have checked and the registration is green and reachable.

We can see in the CDRs that the PBX believes it was ringing to that extension on all 3 RGs.

Out of desperation to solve the issue for the customer, we built 3 Call Queues to the same spec as the RGs and now that phone rings again.

Has anyone experienced this before with RG going faulty?
