Request: Move Emergency Email Alerts to Dispatchable Locations

Hello,
Currently, E911 email alerts are tied to Emergency Numbers. However, in cases where an organization has multiple locations, each with its own management, it would be useful to send alerts based on the ‘dispatchable location’ instead.

This would allow each location’s manager to receive only the emergency alerts relevant to their site. Can this feature be added, so we can assign email alerts per dispatchable location rather than just per emergency number?
