Report Transfer Call

Hi Vitalpbx Team,

Does the vitalpbx team have further plans to make a transfer call report?

Example :

Customer call → IVR → Queue → Accept by Ext : 101,

Ext 101 transfer (blind or attended) to Ext 102


This is a good feature request. Adding to this… The Asterisk queue log supports this, so reading the information from the log file isn’t too hard…

Also, it would be cool if a single call goes from one queue to another that it is combined in the logs.
