Report IVR Stats on Multi Tenant

Hi Sir,

Why i can’t find Ivr stats on IVR Reports for tenant?

Sorry for the confusion, the IVR stats is Multi-tenant capable.

What you have to do is allowing the module in the profile assigned to the user that mange the tenant.

Usually, you have to allow this in the Tenant Administrator profile, in the principal tenant.
