Recording on transfer call

The following is the flow of our call center,

customer - inb route - ivr - queue - agent (101) - blind / attended transfer - agent 201.

Are there any recorded conversations on attended/blind transfers from agent 101 to agent 201?


If both have call recording enabled for internal and external calls, then yes.

Thanks, can we see report transfer call on sonata stats?


Last time I checked, stats did not combine in their report calls that went through multiple queues, as well as transferred calls were not included.

I don’t recall seeing that fixed. I’ll let one of the VitalPBX guys chime in on that.
