Hi, its important for legal reasons to also record the announcement “This call will be recorded”. How is that possible?

Enable recording in the inbound route directly not just queues, or extensions. With that you get recording of everything

Hi , if you Recorde the inbound Route so you also Record the callers that don‘t want to record. I have Not testet it but a callflow can be

Normal inbound Route to IVR 2 questions Record or Not press 2 or No selection , go to queue without Recording an greeting with this notification. If the Caller press 1 the to the Queue with Recording and an greeting with the notifiaction of Recording .. I think also the greeting and Messages will be in the Recording , you can try it out …so you have a active selection at the beginning of the Call or in the middle of the Callflow

Or if you want a Funktion key based manual Recording you can use the power of Asterisk… you can Set a custom Application on Vitalpbx and an custom Contex where you can use the Recording Channel Funktion and you can Play an announcment that will be recorded and send to the Mailadress of the Extension.
