I have a queue configured with Queue Callback, and it was working as expected. Recently, it stopped playing the announcement that lets callers know they can press 1 to request a callback. The feature itself still works if 1 is pressed, but the periodic announcement is no longer being played. I created a new queue with the same settings, and the announcement works correctly there.
