VitalPBX: 4.5.1-5
Asterisk: 20.15.0
We have a queue where Ring Unavailable Agents is set to No. Ring Strategy is set to Ringall.
Issue
When an offline agent (example Ext 101) is logged in, the PBX does not call the the agent’s FollowMe. Which makes sense, since we aren’t calling Unavailable Agents.
However, if another agent (Ext 102) logs in and the device is online, it will call both extensions, 101’s FollowMe and Ext 102.
Why does it call 101?
Further to that. What does the actual ‘Ring Unavailable Agents’ toggle do? I tried comparing the config in /etc/asterisk/vitalpbx/queues__50-1-main.conf, I couldn’t really tell what changed, nor did I see any change in the dialplan.
