Provisioning Scan Network - Different subnet

Hello,

My VitalPBX installation and phones are on two different subnets. Both subnets can communicate (ping, etc.) however when I do a provisioning network scan “No devices are found”. When I temporarily put a phone on the subnet where VitalPBX is installed it returns a result.

I have used nmap on VitalPBX to verify that the subnet the phones are on can be reached using this command nmap -T4 -sP -n -oX - 192.168.2.0/24 and it returns all phones as expected.

My question is will the provisioning network scan list / find phones on a different subnet??

Is your pbx switch port tagged for both vlans? Untag for default and tagged for the other subnets. Then it should find it as long as the NAT rules exist in the router,
