Provisioning Poly Edge E300

Hello, we currently VitalPBX 4.5.1-1. I’ve tried to provision 2 phones so far. PBX is cloud hosted. Firewall rules are setup in the PBX and in the cloud firewall for the VM.

When I follow the steps here - Phone Provisioning – VitalPBX Wiki and I use the phone provisioning module, I can provision a Yealink or Grandstream phone for a user just fine. When I try to provision a Poly Edge E300 phone, it never registers with the PBX. It states that it’s contacted the provisioning server and successfully configured itself, then reboots, but when it comes back online, there is nothing configured. I have enen manually configured the phone to the same extension set in Provisioning, and it connects, makes/receives phone calls, etc., but then when I tell it to autoprovision, it states it has successfully configured, reboots, then when reconnected, it cleasrs out the stored configuration with no registration or connectivity.

All the phones tested are on the same network sitting side by side each other. Same steps are followed in each for creating templates and adding to provisioning, only difference is the selection of the different make/model phone. We noticed this same issue from a previous thread using a Poly E320 and was hoping there may have been more insight since that thread was closed.
