I am using a multitenant Vitalpbx server, it is working good, I am using several templates for grandstream, yealink, phones, but I tried to add the model GRP2602 grandstream phone, and I am getting this issue.

Did you edit the template file via the custom tab? Seems like are missing an > in one of your templates which is causing the rendering issue
I didn’t. I just duplicated the template.
