I am testing provisioning of GRP2604 phones and I think that there is an error in the generated configuration XML as I am unable connect to the PBX unless I manually enter the SIP Server on the phone itself. The Account Name and Programmable keys appear to be properly downloaded. When I choose View Configuration File from the provisioning screen, it appears that there is an extra space at the end of the SIP server address entry. Perhaps the phone is not smart enough to trim the data?
You can fix that by editing the template in the Provisioning templates module.
Thanks for the advice. I was able to make the change and it indeed did fix the issue.
Will there be an update at some point to fix the baseline template so that people won’t have to go and remove the extra space manually?
