Prepend Route Info Displaying on Phones

Since upgrading from VitalPBX 4.5 from 4.2, all of the phones (all Yealink phones, haven’t tested any others) are now displaying the pre-pended trunk info when making outbound calls. For example, if a caller makes a call to 14445556666, the phone will display 758462414445556666. The 7584624 in this example is the trunk ID that is automatically added in the outbound route rules.

Outbound calls are working properly, it’s just that the phones never used to display that information and ideally it would be suppressed since the redial function on the phones is now broken because the outbound call log has all that extra information.

Try disabling the parameter “Send Connected Line” from the PJSIP Profile

I did see that in another forum post and checked before creating this one. The ‘Send connected line’ was not enabled.

Then, You must check your phone configs. Search for the settings about Caller ID
