I wish once a call arives on Vital PBX 1 with 237652585898
if the call is not answered I wish to forward the call to 235689898585 Vital PBX 2 .

Please I need help on how to achieve it thansk in advance .

You can achieve this by enabling the CFN in the extension that receives the call from the DID “237652585898.”

For better advice, you should share the call flow diagram!
