Play Voice Recording Automatically After Call Answer

I would like to know if there is a way in VitalPBX to automatically play a voice recording when a called user answers a call from a specific extension.

Example scenario:

  • We need to send invoice reminder calls to customers.
  • An external API sends the call to a specific extension.
  • Once the customer answers the call, a pre-recorded voice message should automatically play automatically.

Is this possible using VitalPBX features such as Call Flow, Playback, IVR, or any custom dialplan configuration?

If yes, could you please guide me on the best way to implement this?

You can check the Dialer app or utilize the Click to Call API if your system can automatically call the API.
