Play pre-recorded message before hanging up call.

I am playing with a new install of VitalPBX 4.5, currently three PJsip extensions all in a ring group, everything seemt o be working fine, I can make outbound calls, answer incoming calls and call between extensions.
Only thing I cannot seem to figure is how to play a recorded message when incoming calls are not answered before hanging up the call.
I don’t want voicemail at this stage, so the incoming call would ring for say 45 seconds ringing the ring group, then play the message, to say something like ‘sorry were are not here at the moment, please try later’ then hang up the call.
I have recorded the message, uploaded it to the PBX, but cannot see anywhere that I set it to play at the end of the ringing, there doesn’t seem to be that option in the ‘Ring Group’ settings as I can see.
Anyone any idea how to achieve it please, as I said no voicemail at the moment is required so I don’t want callers to hear the ‘please leva a message’ notification..

You must make announcment from your Recording >

For a callfow:

CFN (Not reachable) To Queue (without Agent) , with greeting Message —> hangup
