PJSIP TLS Can't Receive Calls

Hi Guys and VitalPBX team,

Server is hosted in AWS.

Unable to receive calls internal or via DID. Even if the extension has a peers it goes straight to VM when there is an incoming call.

Seeking for your help for anyone fixed this already or know on how to fix this issue. Tried several configs but still getting the same issue.

Here is my config on SETTINGS >> TECHNOLOGY SETTINGS >> PJSIP SETTINGS:

Here is my config on newly created Device Profile for TLS

On extension settings

10k to 20k UDP ports allowed for both AWS and VITALPBX firewall
Custom TCP Port for TLS allowed for both AWS and VITALPBX firewall

Registered using Zoiper5 softphone.

Noticed this asterisk error log:

Please help.

What are your RTP settings?

Hi @miguel

Here is my RTP settings.

Allowed on both AWS and VitalPBX firewall.

Disable the parameter “Strict RTP,” "RTP Check Sums," and empty the field “Stun Server.”

Disable the parameter “Strict RTP,” "RTP Check Sums," and empty the field “Stun Server.””

Tried this option but didn’t work and encountered another issue wherein the WEBRTC totally no audio when I removed the STUN value from stun.l.google.com:19302 to empty

Re-applied the STUN address and turned off Strict RTP and RTP Check Sums audio fixed on WEBRTC but still the issue on PJSIP extension registered on softphone using Device Profile TLS unable to receive calls (check Device Profile TLS settings on my 1st post)

@maynor

I also noticed this error always everytime I register the extension on softphone
