PIN Pad Dialer isn't showed

Hi everyone !!!

Why the PIN Pad Dialer isn’t showed, on agent login ?

I’m using Sonata Dialer 4.0.0-5 version.

Hi!

Please check if the “Enable Softphone” option is enabled for that agent in the User Management module,
