Phone issues on VitalPBX

We recently switched from hosting on Multiple free asterisk pbx boxes to one VitalPBX Multitenant box. We have moved ourselves to it and moved one client to it. The one client has multiple locations and we use mainly grandstream GXP2170 phones. At a couple of the locations the phone will ring to a ring group and when someone answers it, no one is there and the other phones continue to ring. IT does this 1/2 the time or more. I am trying to determine what setting on the phone needs to be changed or what the issue might be. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Might be a firewall issue?
Also check the NAT settings in vitalpbx for pjsip.

Thank you. I have the ip in the firewall to allow. I will check the nat settings in PJSip. I did change the Nat settings on the phone itself and set it to Keep Alive and it is so much better now.
