Phone after auto provision login

Hi guys trying to set up some yealinks - I have setup the phone provisioning - and when I click update now - it says grabbing info - logs me out then no username password will work - factory reset a few times but everytime just says username password is wrong.

You can see the default password in the “Provisioning Template” module, under the “GUI Settings” tab.

Thanks for that - looked everywhere but there.

Can log back in - but register is failing on the auto provision setup.

is there somewhere to check the logs as to why - migrating from 3cx and layout is different

You can check in the Phone GUI what data is missing in the account registration.

I bought the phone provision to make this easier - all the videos just auto provision and then they register.

Is that the server IP? Is it a local server? Is PJSIP running on port 5060?

yes its the server ip yes it local and yes pjsip 5060.
