Per-Tenant App Access Control

We request the ability to control access to applications such as CRM, Voice Hub, AI Assistants, WhatsApp, and others that may be added in the future — on a per-tenant basis.

Currently, these apps are globally enabled or disabled. We suggest managing them exactly like the “External Add-ons” access option, available in the tenant configuration. This way, administrators and resellers could define per-tenant availability without relying on global settings or workarounds.

You can create Profiles for your Tenant users that allows them to access to specific modules.

  1. Create a new role in the main tenant
  2. When creating a new tenant make sure to assign the new role to your tenant user
  3. If you create the user after the tenant creation, you can still assign the tenant and the role.

I saw that now, thank you
But this is working only at the tenant creation and cannot be assigned later…

You can change the profile in the users module. The Tenant only allows you to create a single user as the tenant Admin.

However, the Profile, you cat edit it in the main tenant if you need add or remove permissions!

It was extremely hard for me to understand this time. I have no idea why.
Thank you so much, I finally understood.
