Park/Transfer CID

Hi all, I have tried to search the forum for the answer, and I’m pretty sure this was on the old forum.

When we retrieve a call from call park. it shows the call park number instead of the caller ID. Same goes when we do an attended transfer. It shows who the person that transferred the call.

Could someone point me in the right direct, I found something similar but still struggling to find the setting

You usually need to adjust the callerid source on the configuration level.

What model phone?

I know that on the Yealink phones you need to adjust the following:

Caller ID Source
It configures the identity of the caller.
CFG Configuration: “account.x.cid_source”

Valid Value:

0-FROM;
1-PAI;
2-PAI-FROM;
3-PRID-PAI-FROM;
4-PAI-RPID-FROM;
5-RPID-FROM;
6-PREFERENCE)

PREFERENCE: the phone uses the custom priority order for the sources of caller identity (configured by the parameter “sip.cid_source.preference”).

Is it different for Fanvil phones? I tried each option, none of them replace the Parking Slot number with the caller’s CID info.

Heres the value for Fanvil

SIP1 Caller Id Type : **NUMBER**

NUMBER - list
1 - FROM
2 - PAI-FROM
3 - RPID-FROM
4 - PAI-RPID-FROM
5 - RPID-PAI-FROM
6 - PAI

You can find that setting under advance setting of extensions, the setting is called “CallerID On Diversions” make sure to select caller.
