In the “Outgoing Call Details” of “Sonata Stats” report, the total count is incorrect.
In the example, the total is 16 calls, but it shows 6 answered and 6 unanswered — meaning a difference of 4 calls.
When checking the detailed list, I see that there were exactly 4 calls with the status “Busy”, so it’s possible that the system is not including them in the count, causing inconsistencies in the numbers.
I will report to the dev team for further analysis.
Busy calls don’t have a dedicated totals column, we can add it if you need it just let us know

So clients wont claim there are inconsistencies.
But wouldn’t it make more sense to keep just a single “unanswered” column containing the combined total of unanswered and busy calls, since busy calls are also effectively unanswered in practice?
In any case, either approach will make the totals accurate and allow better analysis.
