Notification of abandon calls

Is any way to get a notification (email) at soon a call is abandon in a queue?

Client wants to get a notification real-time of abandon calls, so they can call the client back.

Also, what about if a call is a queue and the cliente hang up the call (abandon call)? Is possible to get a notification for an abandon call?

Only available for VitalPBX 4. It is already available and only for those with a valid subscription or a starter license.

Great, this could work. But still the issue about getting the notification about the call abandon (queue).

This should be doable with some custom dialplan.
