Hi all,
We are an MSSP evaluating VitalPBX multi-tenant for our clients.
We have it installed on a Hostinger VPS and using Telnyx as our trunk.
We currently have just one IP phone with DID provisioned, a Yealink T54W. Inbound calls are fine and sound great.
Initially, the call was getting rejected by Telnyx - presumably because we forgot to set an outbound caller ID, and this has caught me before on other PBX systems. I addressed this, checked some other things, and finally applied those changes.
However, making an outbound call from the T54W, it just rings and rings without the call actually connecting. This time, strangely, Telnyx debugging shows no call attempt as if the outbound call isn’t even being attempted now.
I’m sure I’m making some basic mistake here. I’ve attached screenshots of the trunk configuration and the outbound rules. Let me know if there’s anything else useful I can grab that might help identify the issue.
Note that I’ve tried with and without the outbound registration client/contacts/server URI field filled in per the recommendation here that fixed someone else’s similar issue on Telnyx. (It did not fix it for me.)
Thanks!
