Ned to reboot for New Inbound route to work

Hi Team!

I found that if I add a new Telephone number to an existing or new Inbound Route, I need to reboot the system so it can take effect, I spent good amount of time reading the logs and finding always that calls will be sent to no routes found.

so I decided to reboot the system and bingo! it worked!

This usually happens when the server is overloaded. The command “core reload” is not executed immediately, so the system doesn’t apply the changes.

Are you using SIP or PJSIP as the primary protocol?

Are you using Multi-Tenant? If yes, How many tenants do you have?

We are using SIP as primary
and is a single system, not multitenant
