Music on hold Ringback

Hi,

I’ve been trying to figure out how the ‘none(ringback)’ Music on Hold class works on extensions. When I select it and put a call on hold, the external caller still hears the default Asterisk music, not a ringback tone.

Is this option supposed to make the caller hear a ringback tone instead of music? If so, something seems off on my end and I’m not sure where to look.

I’m running VitalPBX 4.5 on a DigitalOcean droplet with a VoIP.ms PJSIP trunk, and Direct Media is set to OFF in the trunk device profile.
