Music on hold~ Custom mode for streaming

Hey there,

I noticed on VITAL4 with music on hold, the “Custom” drop down is no longer there and, the only options are shuffle and linear. This makes it so that we can’t use streaming music on hold from servers. Will this option be added back on?

Miguel,

Here is my screen shot which is different than yours. There is no “custom” mode on the drop down menu. There is also no “Application” or “Streaming URL.” This is Version 4.0.0-8

I see! This is because it’s an extended feature, so you need to activate any add-on, the starter license, or any subscription.

Thank you for this. I was in the process of getting a 14 day license to try this as is what I also suspected though, I was not able to do so. Thank you for clarifying this.
