Mobile GUI BUG: When activating 2FA access, the “Add Authenticator App button” is not displayed.
Does this happen in Desktop mode as well?
No. It is only Mobile GUI (smartphone) bug.
Yes it does the same in Desktop mode if you enable 2FA through the profile link and not the Users Menu. I just submitted another post about it.
Did you check in the actions button?
There is no “Actions” button on the My Profile page I see.
